6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pathuma provides a secure platform for connecting individuals, but we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of user-provided profiles or the ultimate success of any match.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pathuma and its parent company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application or your offline interactions with other users.
